We believe in open communications between ourselves and our resellers. We encourage you to stay in touch with us at all times and give us your feedback about what your customers have to say about our products and what suggestions you may have. Whether it's a design that you think might work well, a logistics problem you are encountering, or just a simple hello, we are here to help you all the way to give you an unforgettable experience.
Fill out the reseller application form. After reviewing your application, we will contact you with your username and password in order to be able to access and browse the drop shipping catalog. We might ask you to prove the existence of your business and the sales methods that you use in order for us to establish that you are an online retailer. This may include providing your office's physical address, your company registration license, your business tax ID number, and the URL of your e-commerce website. When your client buys any of our products from your website, you can log in to our catalog, place your order online, enter the destination address (your customer's or yours) and proceed to checkout. When we receive your order and proof of your payment, we will immediately pack and ship your order. You will receive an email informing you that your order has been shipped with a tracking number. You can relay that information to your client to be up-to-date on the order's status at all times.
We have no minimum quantities for ordering. We give you the freedom to work with any quantity or design that suits the size of your shop, the tastes of your clients, or simply your price points. We keep a close eye on our inventory and we try to keep as much at hand as possible without overstocking.
Delivery & Shipping
Shipping prices are calculated separately based on the dimensional weight of the product and its final destination. Shipping prices are calculated by country and not by region. We have prepared a PDF document where you can have an idea of the average shipping rates for regions worldwide. Please be careful to read the remarks in the document; they are very important.
You might notice that shipping rates may vary between neighboring countries. This is because we are working with two shipping companies that offer different rates. Priority is given to the company offering the best rates but unfortunately it only covers 65 countries. The rest of the countries are covered by the second company; hence the difference in the rates.
Your order will be shipped as soon as we receive proof of payment. Orders will be shipped from Beirut, Lebanon. Shipment should take place between 24 - 48 hours. We drop ship worldwide except to Israel. The timeframe is:
2 – 3 working days for Arab countries,
4 – 7 working days for Europe, USA, & Canada,
6 – 10 working days for Africa, Australia, Japan, and neighboring countries.
We advise you to add one or two days to the delivery days above in your shop policy in order to be covered in case unexpected delays happen.
Please note that we are not responsible for customs duties & taxes to be paid in buyer's location, if applicable.
All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized drop ship resellers will receive drop shipping pricing. Prices are subject to change without notice. The manufacturer's minimum advertised price (MAP) is the minimum price for which you are permitted to sell our products without prior permission in writing. The MAP is the price that we sell the products to consumers who come through our online retail store (plus the shipping charges applicable). You are free to sell our products for a price in excess of the MAP, but you are not permitted under any circumstances to undersell because that may damage our brand. In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
Shipping Invoices & Customs Formalities
Unfortunately, we do not offer blind drop shipping. We are obliged to mention our address on the invoice. We are an ethical brand and we respect our resellers; we will not contact your customers unless it's absolutely necessary and that will happen only through you and with your permission.
Kindly note that in international shipping, we are obliged to issue an invoice for every order. To facilitate your work and give you our loyal support, we have created a special field at checkout so that you can insert your sale amount for the order.
If your shipping destination is your customer, this amount should be the total amount of your selling price plus your shipping price. This number should match the price your customer has paid for the purchase at your website because he / she will receive the invoice with the package. This invoice is for customs purposes only. For your accounting, you will be receiving your invoice from us by email reflecting your drop shipping price.
In case the shipping destination of the order is yourself, you can insert the drop shipping total amount plus shipping that you will be actually paying for and the invoice for customs to go with the package will be issued as such.
We cannot predict how much the customs charges will be as each country / state have their own regulations. Many countries do not charge customs duties up to a certain amount. For example, in the United States, personal shipments of up to $2,500 are exempted. However, a sales tax might apply depending on the state. In exceptional cases, customs may delay the release of a package for their own clearance purposes. Your customers should be alerted to these points and not be alarmed in case they happen. We cannot be held responsible for any customs delays or additional charges resulting from the customs’ estimations. If you want to know more about your country’s regulations, you can either check your local authorities’ websites or ask a local shipping company. If you have questions regarding this topic, do not hesitate to write us and we will be glad to help.
The phone number of the final recipient is required in order for the shipping company to contact him if needed for logistical purposes. Again we assure you that the phone number will be used for these purposes ONLY.
Packaging & Labeling
Products are all packed in elegant dust bags and in individual corrugated carton boxes to withstand the rough travel conditions. Products come in Jiji Felice branded boxes and tags.
We accept payment through Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Before you start placing orders, please contact your credit card issuing bank to make sure your cards are approved to pay in Lebanon or the Middle East.

Estimated production time for made-to-order items
A made-to-order is an order you place for an item which is not available in stock. Made-to-orders are shipped after one month of payment maximum. We will notify you if your order is ready before the month is over.
When your account is activated and you are ready to drop ship, you will notice an inventory status for every product.
We want you and your customers to love our products. Every effort has been taken to make these products highly satisfactory and to ensure they are received in perfect condition. That's why every item has been repeatedly and carefully checked at different stations of manufacturing and packing before dispatch.
In case your customer wants to return a product, you have 14 days to get in touch with us. Please note that the products returned should be new, unused, and with all Jiji Felice tags still attached. Returned products that are damaged because of inadequate return packaging, physically damaged or broken products caused by misuse or mishandling, and products bought by mistake will be refused. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to you or your customer. We recommend that returns be shipped through secure and trackable systems. We are not responsible for damaged or lost returns in transit.
Returns should be paid for by you or your customer. When we receive returns, they are charged with customs & duties charges at the airport. If a returned item gets approved by us, we will refund the amount minus all customs & duties charges and minus payment commissions (depending on the payment form). Get in touch with us to know which kind of payment methods are available at the time of return.
As a reseller, on your own website, you are free to offer free returns or longer return periods, and even take on receiving the returned product to your own premises. We will not be held responsible for any returns happening apart from our return policy.
Damaged goods & Insurance
The prices of the products displayed are the net drop ship prices. At checkout, the system will calculate the shipping and insurance charges based on your purchase and the destination country you included as the shipping address. You will be given the option of adding insurance to your purchase. If you do, a total amount of US$25.00 will be added to your shipment. Insurance covers all accidents including loss and damage that might occur from our premises to your or your customer’s door. We STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you or your customer check the condition of the box the moment you / he receive(s) it and make sure that it has not been tampered with. In case your client receives a damaged product, you are urged to contact us ASAP so that we can follow up with you, the freight company, and the insurance company on the issue and provide you with a new product if the insurance covers it. In case you do not choose the insurance option, we will not be held responsible for damage, loss, or theft in transit if it happens.
Every effort is taken to make the products highly satisfactory and to ensure you receive them in perfect condition. That's why all products are repeatedly and carefully checked at different stations of manufacturing and packing before dispatch. We assure you that there are absolutely no manufacturing defects from our end because return is very costly and unsustainable to us in terms of shipping and customs. But then again, we are humans. In case you and your client believe you have received a defective item, you are requested to email us clear photographs of the defect and we will consider sending you another product at our discretion.
